Privacy Policy
Snaptera, LLC built snaptera.com to introduce our company and point visitors toward our ventures. We collect very little, and we've written this policy in plain language so you can see exactly what we handle, why, and the choices you have. In this policy, “Snaptera,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Snaptera, LLC.

Scope
This policy applies to snaptera.com and to the information you share with us through it, including the contact form. It does not cover the separate websites of our ventures or subsidiaries — most notably 154 Photography at 154photography.com — which operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the site and respond to you.
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the venture your message is about, and the message itself. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers log basic technical data when you visit — your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of each request. We use this to keep the site running, secure, and performant. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics that profile you across other sites.
Your preferences. We store your light- or dark-theme choice in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. That setting stays on your device and isn't transmitted to us.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your message and follow up about your inquiry;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the site;
- detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages and related correspondence for as long as we need them to handle your inquiry, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, legal compliance, and resolving disputes, after which we delete or anonymize them. Technical logs are retained for a limited time by our providers for security and operational purposes.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information — including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, and to opt out of certain processing. We honor these rights regardless of where you live.
Texas residents. Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you may request access, correction, deletion, and a portable copy of your personal data, and you may appeal a decision we make about your request.
California residents. Under the CCPA/CPRA, you may request access and deletion and are entitled to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under that law.
EEA and UK visitors. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases for processing are your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, and compliance with legal obligations. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To make a request, email us at contact@snaptera.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act, and we'll respond within the time required by applicable law.
Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we handle, and we work with reputable providers. No website or method of transmission is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — but we work to keep your information safe and to address any issues promptly.
Children's privacy
The site is intended for a general, professional audience and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we'll delete it.
International visitors
Snaptera is based in the United States, and we process and store information here. If you access the site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Third-party sites
The site links to other websites — including our ventures and 154photography.com — that we don't control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review them. This policy applies only to snaptera.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law evolve. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above, and significant changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
