You may use the Site if you can form a binding contract with us and aren't barred from doing so under applicable law. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to accept these terms for it.

We offer the Site for general information about Snaptera and its ventures. You agree to use it lawfully, and not to:

• interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Site or its infrastructure;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, accounts, or systems, or probe or test their security;
• scrape, harvest, or republish content except as expressly permitted, or use automated means to collect information from the Site without our written consent;
• use the Site to transmit malware or unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material; or
• use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these terms.

The Site and its content — text, images, graphics, layout, and the Snaptera name, logo, and marks — are owned by Snaptera, LLC or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to view the Site for your own informational use. All other rights are reserved.

The 154 Photography brand, name, and works belong to 154 Photography and appear here with permission.

If you send us a message through the contact form or by email, you're responsible for its content and represent that you have the right to share it and that it's accurate and lawful. You grant us permission to use what you send to respond to and act on your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't send confidential or proprietary information you don't want us to have, and don't include anyone else's personal information without their permission.

The Site links to websites and services we don't operate — including our ventures and 154photography.com — which have their own terms and policies. We provide these links for convenience and aren't responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site. Your dealings with them are between you and them.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge that we handle information as described there.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current. You use the Site at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snaptera, LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site won't exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snaptera, LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and we may update these terms from time to time. When we update them, we'll revise the “last updated” date above. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept them. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll make reasonable efforts to highlight it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or systems.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Snaptera regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
